The problem
The consultant was collecting client preferences through a basic Google Form, giving him no control over the experience, no branding, and no intelligent processing of responses. Compiling client data and preparing recommendations required manual effort after every submission.
The approach
Built a branded interactive web app to replace the Google Form, with a step-by-step intake flow tailored to the consultant's questioning process. Added an admin interface so he can update content without touching code. Wired up an automated pipeline: submissions write to Google Sheets, trigger an email to the consultant with a structured summary, and call Gemini to analyse the responses and generate personalised scent suggestions. Orchestrated with Make.com.
The outcome
Shipped and live. The consultant now receives an instant email after every submission with a Gemini-generated summary and scent recommendations. Zero manual effort required. Full admin control over app content without developer involvement.
