Portable professional identity for a workforce with none
The problem
Hospitality professionals have no portable professional reputation. When they move between venues, their performance record stays with the employer. There's no LinkedIn equivalent for service-level staff: no way to showcase skills, collect verified reviews, or carry a credible professional profile from one job to the next.
The approach
Built a web platform where hospitality workers create verified professional profiles, collect structured feedback from employers and managers, and share their reputation via QR code. Used Lovable for AI-accelerated development and fast UI iteration, Supabase for auth and backend, and i18next for multi-language support, relevant for a highly international workforce.
The outcome
Shipped and live at servwell.app. QR-shareable professional profiles for hospitality workers. Multi-language support built in. Full analytics dashboard for reputation tracking.
