Coptic professionals had no dedicated space to connect with peers in their community for career opportunities, job referrals, or professional networking. Existing channels were either too broad (general LinkedIn).
The approach
Founded CoptIn as a LinkedIn group specifically for young Coptic professionals, creating a focused, trusted environment for career-related exchanges. Grew the community organically, maintained group quality, and fostered a culture of active peer support around job opportunities and career development.
The outcome
700+ members across industries and geographies. Daily interactions with professionals sharing job openings, posting CVs, and offering referrals. An active, self-sustaining professional network rooted in the community.
