The problem
Burrda Sport needed to grow its presence across Qatar's elite sports ecosystem by building credible relationships with major clubs and institutions, converting them into long-term sponsorship agreements, and managing a complex B2B sales operation across custom apparel production, logistics, and delivery.
The approach
Managed the full sales cycle for custom sport apparel, from design briefs through production coordination to delivery. Maintained key account relationships with Al Gharafa SC, Lekhwiya SC, Al Sadd SC, Qatar Olympic Committee, Aspire Academy, and beIN Sport. Prepared sales offers, pricing, terms and sponsorship agreements. Developed annual sales strategy, action plans, and sell-through analysis. Organized the first Burrda Sport Qatar National Sport Day event.
The outcome
Closed the largest sponsorship agreement in Burrda Sport's history at approximately $8.5M. Successfully delivered the first Burrda Sport Qatar National Sport Day event. Maintained commercial relationships across six of Qatar's most prominent sports institutions.
